Telkom line migration horror

Hi all

Please could you assist, Would like to get the real number that handles the line migrations ? I have been transferred to no end, calls dropped, on hold, dead ends everywhere. I have 3 telkom employees email addresses and one has an out of office. No response from said persons who handle the migrations otherwise.

all I want is for the adsl number to be put into the migration pool. PLEASE I'M EXHAUSTED :sick:

*I say exhausted due to the frustration of the telkom call centre, friday last week I went to a TM store to upgrade my mobile account and there was no sales code on the system(probably due to the new packages that came out) so me and the sales assistant both made turns holding on the line for an agent to answer. 40 minutes later someone answers and forwards the call to someone else to a dead end..... eventually got sorted couple o days later but seriously, they need to work on this.
