Telkom line now constantly losing sync!

Ok so after the first three weeks of horrendous service on new dO Broadband Premium plus 10meg package my line which usually syncs at around 8meg has for the last couple of days been losing sync at an alarming rate. Any one else been experiencing this? Since last weeks supposed "fix" before on the standard Telkom 20 gig package I never had dropped connections, since these new uncapped packages came into effect 3 times and hour at least. ANd I'm paying R1149 for this have not even used 40gig on this package!
 
From my experience, sync is lost on a noisy line or on a line that tries to sync higher than what it's capable of, have you checked for crackling? Afaik it's a line problem should not be caused by your ISP and whatever account you use with them (uncapped or otherwise) and is on Telkom's side.
