Is Telkom still keeping the 2mb lines at 10mb or is this over?

Long time ago MYBB said telkom was going to do 2 to 4. But after months I upgraded to 4 myself. Was on ten for about 3 months, now back on 4.

I'm going to go the naked dsl route via vox but I am dreading it a bit. Seems it might be a bit of a nightmare according to the vox thread.
