Not sure...but my 10Mbits line was fixed recently and syncing at 12Mbits..

Long time ago MYBB said telkom will make all adsl lines minimum 4mb, mine was 2 then. I had to upgrade myself to 4mb, few months ago. Still no fiber in my area
