Telkom Line speeds dropped suddenly (Centurion)

Hi,

Any other Centurion People line speeds seem slower?

This past week i was getting a stable 300ms ping, now it's up to 500ms or so...

Mine's just picked up from around 15KB/s to around 70KB/s - still rubbish - I can't make up my mind whether it's really heavy shaping or not - www pages loading really fast now, but news and ftp still around 50-60KB/s

Welcome ladies and gents. I'm not in the greater Midrand area (In KZN) but I've had this problem for 3.5 weeks now. 3 Faults later and Telkom still has done nothing about it.
On that note (with a mini hi-jack) is there anything that can be done aside from reporting a fault?

All speed has gone for a ball again - can't get more that 10KB/s on web browsing and e-mail...it's taken 25 minutes to download 1.5mb e-mails... on IS uncapped

I never had the privilege of getting something lower than 600ms. Mine is constantly over 600ms and is around 615 - 650ms.
