Telkom line suspended???

Hi there, my phone is dead, as in no power, is my line suspended? I missed my first payment because it was supposed to go on debit order, but as usual with telkom it didnt. I have payed for last missed payment and in advance for this month yet my phone is still dead 2 days after payment. Is it my phone or am I still suspended???:confused:
 
Its your phone. If it was cut off, and you picked up the line there would still be dialing tone and then a message would play saying your line has been suspended or whatever
 
Check for cable theft,no power on the phone line != suspension

Yeah thats what I would think but the phone shouldnt be broken.

Psywulf are you disagreeing with Just_Ice, shouldnt there still be a dialing tone and just no incoming or outgoing calls???
 
!= means "does not equal"

No power on the line is a dead phone
Suspension wins you a "Please phone Telkom Bill Enquiries on blahblahblah" when you pick the receiver up

Ag, I thought the phone maybe broken but looks like the line is faulty and I have only had it for 1 month :mad: So I logged a fault, anyone know how long it takes them to fix a dead phone line???
