Anyone know how to get telkom off their butts fast to fix my telephone line. They told me my adsl is ready and gave username and password but my telephone line has not been working for over a week now and they can only say that a technician will get to it soon. Anyone know who I can phone or anyone have some good connections?

My line was installed last week Thursday already but they cannot give me a username and password yet cause the order hasn't been signed off yet or something like that. Who know when that will happen.

well why are you using them as your isp. rather use axxess they are good and it is instant activation.

Bought some prepaid from them on Thursday afternoon after the line was installed. Works beautifully. :-)
 
wow i emailed online i need a line
took 2 weeks to install coz telkom were on strike
when installed i asked for an upgrade from 512 to 4Meg that was done in an hour

so happy for now
