Telkom local usage?

My telkom account has been locked down and i have only used 5.8 gigs on my 3
gig account which is supposed to have 30 gigs local i have received an email from telkom that states that i can only access the four banks until next mounth.

I am downloading local NZB files so its not internationl traffic that i am useing.

Can anyone help me?

That doesnt seem right - you should be able to use your remaining local regardless of what that email said.

Have you tried resetting your router?
