Anyone able to get past the step where you enter your telephone number on the fault reporting tool?

Nope - my DSL has been down for a couple of hours now and I haven't been able to log a fault.

Their cancel service still works (kind of) so I just cancelled mine now. Paying for a service I cannot use because nobody at Telkom / Openserve have a clue what's going on.
