I have a Telkom LTE contract 30GB monthly, which is due to expire in April next year. I am desperate to cancel it because I am forever running out of data. Does anyone know if I can upgrade to 50GB without it extending my contract further? I am getting no coherent answers from Telkom, all I am told is to email cancellations and I have never got a reply.I am going to move to fibre, which is already installed in my neighbourhood, but am going to leave Telkom because they are impossible to get hold of. Can anyone recommend a service provider? I'm in Newlands Cape Town.
