Telkom LTE throttling Netflix?

As the title states, has anyone else noticed this? Netflix cannot get more than 2mbps. I'm nowhere near the fup, speed tests still getting around 40mbps, can barely get 720 netflix. So annoying.

Yes. They are.
Also did a test on my TV on mybroadbands speedtest and got 22Mbps but when I checked the speeds on the netflix app its closer to 5Mbps.
I used to be able to watch 1080 and sometimes 4K (my speeds are not that high)
Latency is terrible.
Wierd thing is... unless you have stable fibre , telkom kinda has you by the short n curly's.
I have the uncapped lte package for 530. Its on a month to month contract but i still have not seen a cheap viable option.

Next time this happens, try changing the dns to googles dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

check if that makes a difference. im also experiencing the same issue but not everyday.
