Telkom lte unlimited data low speed

Is anyone else currently experiencing very low speeds on telkom LTE unlimited data despite the fact that you have not reached the throttling limit.

My Telkom LTE capped has completely degraded recently:

Used to be 60Mbps, now struggles to hit 5Mbps
