Anyone else experiencing issues with Telkom hosted email ?

Currently receiving error "ERR this user has no Home/maildir"

10215 support line is not working

um, wow. thats hectic.

They sent out a message informing us of the downtime today more than a week in advance.

I'm getting 'unkown user' after the upgrade/maintainence

Yup, webmail is broken.

Obviously it's beyond Telkom's level of incompetence to set up a working mail server.
