Telkom March 2014 invoice missing Do Uncapped Bundle discount

Anybody with Telkom Uncapped bundle please confirm if your March 2014 invoice sent on 10 March (email) shows your Do Uncapped bundle discount.

Mine is missing and checked previous invoices and it was there.
 
I received a different discount to last month.
I normally pay R501 but I paid R568 this month.
Checked the previous invoice and it is clearly an adjusted discount.

As i understand it they discontinued the discounts when they upgraded the lines and they are now coming into effect.

Yes, mine is missing also, complained about it today to Telkom. They said they will sort it out.

Definitely looks that way from what's currently showing on their website (package/pricing comparison etc.). The R89 (incl VAT) discount I received until last month has definitely not been applied to this bill. This was what worried me when they first started pushing their "free" speed upgrades as overall package costs were going to increase even if the line speed upgrade itself wasn't charged. So, if left as is my Telkom bill has just been bumped up just over R1k per year.

Ah well, more reason to vote with my wallet. Pity since I've actually been quite happy with their service so far and pricing was in the same ballpark as the alternatives hence not enough incentive to change. Interested to see now what AH provides in terms of pricing bundles. May even be better to just leave the line with Telkom and buy data from AH.

I got upgraded a few months back and got the discount except this month. My account only went up by R30 odd rand with the upgrade. I always round up my account so never so sure.
 
Same thing here. 1MB do uncapped was normally R523. Now R560. Not surprised actually. Telkom really are a bunch monkey's backsides.

Thanks, yeah over the last few months my bill has been rather odd. I suspected it was the bundle discount, but i've never been sure - hopefully it continues somehow.

Just checked our bill as well, a discount of R78,07 is missing, and it has been there December if I recall correctly.

Well i signed up on Jan for the telkom simple deal at R514/pm now this month my bill says R549. surely this is not right to just change the price plan? I did phone them but that was before i saw the article about price adjustments.
