Good day all.

First of all, I know Telkom is kak, but it is what it is.

The issue : Between 6pm to 11pm, it looks like Telkom is throttling the streamings speed too, only to 25mbps download.
I have a 500Mbps down 500Mbps up line, between 6 and 11 a 4K video will buffer and no one else can stream videos at a high resolution.

To check the streaming speed I use fast.com, I assume it picks up is streaming traffic because it's Netflix speed test.

Are there possibly any other Telkom fibre clients on this forum that can do some testing on their side if possible?

I am in the talks with the Telkom product manager, but he says all the fibre packages are uncapped unthrottled.

Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Not many Telkom clients here. def the telkom shaping streaming traffic.

I think it's more area congestion if it's happening at peak hours. Too much demand and the area links cannot handle all at once so it starts going into prioritise mode. Problem is we have just 2 FNO's (Openswerve and Boomertel)

The area boxes need to be upgrades from 10Gb to 100Gb but it costs a bit of money to do that.

If thats the case the whole area would be an issue, and things dont go into prioritise mode, it just hits congestion.

I don't this this is the issue, when doing a normal speed test I get full speed.

During 6pm to 11pm when I turn on WARP VPN I get full speed when doing a fast.com speed test.
