Telkom mobile contract

My wife has a telkom mobile contract. The problem is when her airtime/data is finished, she cant buy airtime , only at Telkom shop.

Any advice?

We spoke to telkom shop and he said we can only buy at Telkom shop.

I think all you need to do is adjust your spend limit.

Then you can buy through *123# (Mo'Nice) and *180#.

The additional cost will reflect on your next monthly billing.
