Been insured with them since upgrading my phone nearly 2 years back. However I've only ever seen bad reviews on hellopeter when it comes to customer service on claims.

Has anyone here claimed through them and what was your experience?

Any other recommendations?

Hah as luck would have it, my phone broke about 3 weeks back and I've been struggling just to START the claim process. I've called 3 times now and each time I call they take down my basic details and tell me "a consultant will call you back".

I simply don't have the energy or time for this. School fees I guess.

In short, avoid like the plague...
