I have applied for a new contract online at Telkom and after it was approved money was deducted the next day. But I have not received any Reference number or an Order number and after phoning Telkom and speaking to 3 different people the only answer I got was "If the money was deducted, the phone will be delivered in 5 - 7 working days" and before asking any further questions I was cut off. I also tried communicating through their Facebook page, but no reply, tried twitter but nothing, tried their "contact me" request but NOTHING. All I am trying to get is AT LEAST A REF. NO. so that I can try and track the progress of my order. I have read all the complaints people having issues with Telkom Mobile and now I am really regretting applying for a contract at Telkom. How can the deduct money so quickly without giving you at least an Order No. Very UNHAPPY with the service.
