Telkom Mobile OOB change

I got this same sms right now. It's weird as my data access had always been stopped once it depleted except for the last few weeks I've been gettings sms's saying my data is depleted and I'll be going into OOB rates.

Not sure on my contract, don't think I've ever hit my cap.
