Telkom Mobile Service Failure.

So my wife's birthday is the 18 October. The 16th October I head off to the Telkom Store in the Link Claremont to purchase a Galaxy Tab 3. On offer as contract for R299 with 10Gb of data. Fill in the forms, cleared and I'm told they no devices instore but will try to get one by Friday. That was three weeks ago!! They don't have stock! Today I visit the store to see the clerks with boxes of the same advert to be handed out over the next few days at traffic lights. "Sorry Sir but we still don't have stock!" Service Failure! Again, and again.

Have you considered there might be stock at other stores? And sounds like more of a marketing or stock failure than a service failure.

@Michiebn @supersunbird Contact the Rep on the forum he/she should be able to source stock for you or alternatively give you an ETA when they arrive in the country.

If I were you I would take them to the ASA as they advertising a product that they don't have in stock and luring unsuspecting customers to signup thereafter informing you that there is no stock on hand, which to me is pathetic.
