It seems that i've been conned out of R6,848 by a person doing business on Telkom Facebook (Messenger).I'm trying to communicate details with Telkom to get refunded, though without success.

The Sales person blocked me now.

What should I do to get reaction from Telkom Management????

I doubt you will get assistance from Telkom, as you probably weren't actually dealing with a real Telkom employee. Also not sure how you got conned out of almost 7 grand?

The lady works on Facebook as one of Telkoms Social Media Action/Task Team. Confirmed on the group that she IS actually one the group. Working as "Susan Telkom".

I have hard screen dumps of all conversations, deposits made as well as confirmation that she is one of the Task Group.

Ah yes Susan Telkom. That's Mary and Robbie Telkom's mom. Her family is from Norway. The Yost and Thedora Telkom clan. Very well respected farmers iirc.
