Telkom monthly usage summaries stopped arriving?

Hi, my last daily email of usage was on 26 February and noting since then.
I have checked my email settings and they seem fine.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

I really do like to keep a track of how much I have used....
 
IIRC there was maintenance on the Telkom mail servers recently.

We're not seeing any problems and receive daily usage reports for a number of clients but not to a telkomsa.net address.
 
Might be a good idea to query it as we saw no break in daily usage reports.

Extract from TI mail server maintenance warning:

Impact:
You will be able to send and receive mail. Mail older than thirty days that is still stored on the server will however not be accessible for the duration of the change window.

Change Window:
>From Friday, 26 February 18:00 until Saturday, 27 February 12:00.

... we don't use a gmail address.
 
Likewise. Also on a gmail account.

I did get a 90% usage warning though. And that email came on 29th Feb at 16:00.

Nothing from the 26th Feb till now though for the daily reminders.
 
Mine only restarted after I logged into my profile, and updated my preferences for the delivery method and frequency (which I did not change, but simply clicked on "update").

I had already done that several days before - in fact before I posted my original post.
I had basically given up on them when they suddenly started coming again.. so it seems to be something on Telkom's side..
