I left mtn some time ago for telkom mobile and have been a happy customer up until this roaming agreement with MTN, if i happen to be on a call when the tower changeover happens my call gets dropped, without fail.
Is there a setting i can change on my phone to prevent the handover? I'd rather have poor signal than a dropped call.
I have a Iphone 4s.
Also if the telkom rep reads this, please have your technical department have a look at this, it is very frustrating.
