Imagine a world where it doesnt take 3 months to get a land-line installed.
Imagine a world where you order the adsl line and you dont get a phone-call saying you may 'go ahead with the self-install the line is active' just to find out that your once working land-line along with your adsl is not working.
Imagine a world where I dont have to spend R100's on my cellphone bill just to try and get an issue sorted.
Imagine a world where I phone telkom to check up on the reported fault for them just to tell me 'yes there is a fault reported on your line' , for me then to reply 'When will it be fixed' and for them to reply ' Im not sure but they havent fixed it yet, there is still a fault.) ----Why the hell do they think I was phoning?
Imagine I could go home today after a long days work, and spend it playing cod4,5,AA,poker.
Imagine I didnt have to drive 1 hour just to go to work to login to their network to do my work and check my mail.
Imagine I had a working adsl line....
