Telkom need 'clarity' on liberalisation

They deserve as much clarity as they have provided ISP's and other companies in the past - none.

When ADSL was rolled out Telkom was first to offer it cos the other ISP's weren't up to scratch about requirements etc. because Telkom held back the information.

I have no problem with clarity as long as everybody is equally clear! Telkom sucks!
