How did you find that out?

I followed the instructions on the email and ended up on my normal Netflix landing page. No mention of a credit.

Go to your 'Account".

This doesn't work for me either, I follow all the instructions and end on the page which says: "You will now be redirected to Netflix to create or sign-in to your Netflix account.", from here clicking the continue button just redirects me to Netflix. Account settings, billing details, nowhere mentions anything about credit on my account.
