Telkom has improved its cancellation process to create a seamless experience for our customers.

The improvements include the introduction of a new online cancellation platform, which gives customers the ability to request for a service cancellation without the need to create an online profile.

Complete the cancellation request and upload the required documents.

Submit the request and you will receive a cancellation reference number.

Business cancellations

So exactly the same as before: you cancell online, get a reference number and then still get billed and eventually blacklisted.
