Telkom new contract

Saw the uncapped deal on the telkom site, the one that is going for R514 a month.

Decided to go for it.

I have sent them about 10 online enquiries without response

Also tried to visit one of their stores which I found completely useless.

Anyone have any ideas how I can get their attention?

Have sent them a tweet, walked into the store and was told to order online
