Telkom not doing too bad

Newbie storie:

5 days to get my telephone line installed
2 days after order my adsl line has been done

Telkom shop in the Kollonade Retail Park is freakin useless. I ask them for my order number, and they suck one out of their *******s.
Telkom shop in Menlyn does the company proup. Quick and effecient help, and able to get me my real order number

Will see how long I stay happy with this company

I've always had very good dealings with them. Compared to the other stores these guys are -in my books- competent.
