Telkom: Online Bill

Just wondering if any of you are using Telkom's Online Bill website? While it's all very fancy and stuff, it doesn't really serve me much purpose. I get my bill in the post and pay it myself at Pick 'n Pay etc.

However, the past 3 accounts show up as "Not Paid", yet I have paid them and have the receipts, plus on the accounts I received after that, they don't show any outstanding balances.

Anyone else had similar problems?

Yes. I had the same experience. Apparently, unless you pay the account using the online payment feature your payment does not register as being paid. it's just another stuff up on their part.

Been paying my online bill using Easypay and my credit card via the net for the last 18 months and all of the Telkom accounts have shown as "Not Paid" on their site, but the next invoice shows the payment. Well done, Telkom.

hey cool.. i was looking for a online way to pay it instead of driving down to their place and hoping there is no queue. btw why don't they even have a credit card facility?

How do u add a Telkom bill to it?(easypay)

I have been paying my Telkom account at their site for ages. It's actually quite nice. You can download your line items etc.
