Telkom OOB Rates - Contract

Looking at Telkom's July deal - 20GB Anytime +20GB Midnight Data - R299
Seems quite attractive for the grandparents.

Looking through the T's+C's though I came across this
"17. The out-of-bundle rate of 29c (twenty nine cents) /MB applies"

My question is,when you've reached your cap on telkom Mobile contract (those 20GB) does it automatically switch over to 29c per MB until you disconnect?or does it give you an out of bundle message?

I'd hate to get this and then a bill shock of thousands because the cap was reached mid month.

Can anybody shed some light on this?

out of bundle message. they will ask you if you want to continue surfing out of bundle or add a bundle.

This is a perfect set up, however on my fixed LTE router, you have to go onto the portal to buy more and it doesnt allow you to go on without buying more data i.e. no OOB usage.
