Telkom/Openserve service non existing

My 500MB/s Fibre has run at 6MB/s for more than 2 weeks now. The first call was closed without contacting me. The second is open and nothing is happening. Checking my B number on Openserv does not show any fault logged this year.

Does Metro Fibre sound like an alternate option and how is their service?

Their call center isn't bad on Telkom. Been with them for a while now. Only now and then a fault

How are you testing speed?

Please connect a laptop/PC to the LAN port on the ONT and run a speedtest to multiple different speedtest servers: I suggest Openserve, MTN and Vodacom Business.

What product do you have and with which ISP?
