My Telkom cable is ( apparently ) faulty as per the telkom technician. its started with the actual phone line being dead and the dsl line being extremly slow.
Since I live in a full title complex the HOA says they are not responsible for the line, Telkom is. Telkom tech says he is not and he will not replace the cable. He wants me to replace the conduit and then he will fix the line. I know where the manhole is infornt my house and I know where the cable comes into the house inside.
So my point, I am willing to pay a Telkom tech or ex tec to come fix my line. Any one here that can assist?
