Telkom or mweb

ok so i got my bill from telkom today, i am having lots of issues with there line, most recent was yesterday, my 4 meg line is unstable since mid may, they still havent fixed it, so they downgraded yesterday to 2meg and its more stable now but i told them i wanted the 4 meg i am paying, only to be told i am paying for between 1 and 4 meg, is this right? well anyway got a call today and the technician said there is nothing wrong with my 2 meg line, so i had to go through telling him i have a 4meg that was changed yesterday so now he said he will look into it and change it to a 4 meg and if its unstable that i must ring back and change back to 2 meg. told him its worked fine till about may 20th but i know he wont be bothered finding the problem.

so my question is should i get everything through mweb for 899 and they will be prob sort the problem faster

Not faster, no. Gets treated the same as other faults. But, if the 899 is for uncapped then you will obviously be getting more value.
