Telkom outgoing server outlook 2016

Hi has anyone a solution to the problems in sending mail with Outlook 2016. Telkom unable to assist!!!

Write your settings out.

Xxxxxx@telkom...

Meaning use xxxxx instead of your actual email and DO NOT WRITE YOUR PASSWORD HERE.

But I think your problem is not the actual settings, rather HOW you created your email setup.

Can you setup your email in 2010 or 2013 without any problems. Meaning did you use the same settings as before. (assuming you've had the same email for a while)
