Telkom password management tool not working?

Hi

I can't remember the password to login to check my adsl usage. So I clicked forgot password.
It takes me to a page that sends me a one time password. With with password I login to a password changer.

After I change my passwords, I see no option to submit. So I click logout. When I try to login with the new password however, it does not work.

Please help
 
You had an error with your new password - "Complexity Criteria Not Met".

From past experience you need a combination of the following within the first (min) 8 characters:

1) an uppercase alpha
2) a lowercase alpha
3) a numeric
4) a special character

example - Fred23@Home
 
So if the complexity criteria is met, a submit button will show up? Or I should still logout?
