The Telkom Online Payment Web Site is offline again.
This is the second time that this has happened just as I wanted to make a payment. They just don't care. Odds are that it will remain the situation until Monday morning.
Any other telecoms company would kick some butt to rectify this as they are losing money and upsetting their customers, but Telkom?
