If anyone knows the numbers to the telkom planning divisions offices it would be greatly appreciated.
I was told on thursday that I need to wait 76 hours for a response on myadsl. My ports has already been installed in the exbahnge but waiting on an installation date. I said no I wanted to do a self install, but then they escalated it to the planning department.
That was on thursday and the message i got was they will get back to me in hopeful 76 hours (three working days).
WELL THEY HAVE NOT ( BIG SURPRISE)....
I think we as a forum need to get the numbers of this so called illuminati called the telkom plannning department and phone them directly instead of dealing with these call centre nitwits...
I am just sick of the bitching and moaning. I think I need to take them to court because they did not even say 'sorry sir - we will be attending to your call asap - we are currently very busy, but we have got you in mind'
no the nitwits dont even have the decency to call me. just with a progress report. Man it days like this that made me think why did I move and cancell my adsl at my other place.
