i ordered my adsl yesterday and it wasn't captured, basically the agent just went through the process and gave me an invalid reference number
today when i follow up they apologise and re-capture the application again !
at this point i would like to mention that this has happened before as well (when oredering my line) the consultant also took down my details and gave me an incorrect reference number, good thing i followed up the next day else i would have been waitng invain !
anyways back to today, can someone from telkom please help me out with my adsl activation, i think i deserve some good service after all the fake applications i went through
my reference number is 664960-44 please assist in having it done as soon as possible
