Telkom, please help

I had my adsl line installed on the 2nd of October. 4meg 20gb deal.

On the 8th of October i received an sms saying I owe them over R1700 and if I dont pay right away my account will be suspended?

I had not received an invoice even from them at this stage and anyway payment would certainly be due towards the end of the month anyway.
I called them later and they could not tell me or supply me with a detailed account.
I have since received an invoice for R4oo and something due 25th Oct

My adsl line is not working, no faults.
I phone 10210 they said the account was suspended. I explained, got reference number and they acknowledged it was an error on their side and would have it sorted.
That was over a week ago.

Still no net

I have just spent over 2 hours on my cell phone, going back and forth between the accounts department and the adsl department.
Accounts say all is fine
ADSL say its suspended.

Yet nobody can tell me how to have it unsuspended.
I still have no invoice for the claimed R1700+ I owe them.

This is insane.
