Telkom Poor Adsl-Please Help

Hi,I have a telkom adsl line maybe from the 18/11/17 my speeds have been decent but the ping has been absolutely horrendous(Causes me from using my Wi-Fi for gaming) Luckily the Mtn 50gb comes in handy..... I don't know how to fix this issue(Do I report a fault to telkom or let it fix on its own) I have uploaded a picture as proof to show how bad it is?

And after they leave and its still like that...report again!

I have a problem with the line being dropped every few hours. I report it every time until they fixed it and then I logged a dispute and got credit on my account.

Don't be nice with them.

Hi Bilal_697. Take a screenshot of your router stats and post it here. Look at WAN, DSL information, Line Status. Then the experts on this group (not me) could possibly help you. I would guess your line is interleaved (on the ASSIA system) and not on fastpath.

Went back down to 28...just recently so I left it for now
