Hey guys need some help.

I've got one of these that I want to take to Cash Crusaders or sell it... But the problem is I can't get into the Router? I remember that you got a CD with it and you had to run the software and then enter your Account details... I don't have that CD anymore, how would you go about entering those details now?

10.0.0.2 it doesnt seem to work?
 
What's the IP of the PC you're using to connect to it? Once you've reset the device, you should be able to connect to 10.0.0.2 with a network cable using a PC that's configured with an IP in the same range, e.g. 10.0.0.1. The default username and password are admin/administrator.
 
Doesnt seem to work :/ Cant even ping 10.0.0.2 ... When I try to enter it via IE it says Not Connected... Anyone know where I can get that software that comes with the Router orginally?

If you cannot ping or connect to the router then the software won't either as it requires the underlying protocols for communication.

Plug the router in, switch it on and hold the reset switch (should be on the back of the router) in for like 10 seconds or so to reset it it to factory defaults. Now try the login thing again via your browser.
 
I use one these daily at home. It is accessed via your browser by going to 10.0.0.2. Thereafter you go to WAN settings. You will have to sign in - default is admin and administration but I am sure you changed that long ago. Once you get in, you can edit your account settings. If you cannot access the router via your browser and 10.0.0.2, there is something wrong with it.
 
Yea got it sourted... Thanks guys! :) Now to sell it...
 
I use one of these dinosaurs. Gotta say that it still works.

How much do you expect that they will pay you for it?
 
No idea... I'm going to take it to Cash Converters tomorow, if they give me more than R350 Ill let it go... Otherwise Ill try to see if I can find someone that wants to buy it :)
