Telkom seems unable to resolve its authentication problems. I had to "dial" about 20 times to get connected today. It seems incredible that they cant solve this problem which rumour has it is a faulty server. A week go the problems were even worse - one could not connect - and this has been going on for months.
Maybe they should take the whole system down for a spring clean. Something seems to have gone incredibly wrong!!
Come on Telkom tell us what is going on - we are your clients and we are totally in the dark. Many of us RELY on your service for our business.
