I activated telkom simple on my line two weeks ago. From that Monday to Friday my phone like stopped working which they eventually fixed. I got my modem last weekend but it didn't work. The call center said its a line issue. They sent a technician the next day but the guy was a phone "specialist" so he didn't know how to fix it. Yesterday my phone line stopped working again. All in all since I activated the plan I haven't downloaded a single mb and had my phone line not working for more than half the time.
Anyone know any manager at Telkom's email address. I am sick and tired of waiting and want to solve the problem once and for all.
