Telkom proxy: Did it fall over?

I've had that before as well. I just disable it for a few minutes then enable it again, then it works

Nah, I don't use it at all, it's unreliable.

i get that when i use it in conjunction with local only....

Yep, this error normally appears when your account switches to the capped IP range

Well I just took it out of browser config and all is fine, but odd. Not capped at all.
