Hi guys,
before i moved i never had a single complaint about Telkom service and support. Since i moved to my flat on the 3rd of March i have followed up about 4 times on the call for the adsl line to be transferred and the line to be setup. i finally got a date set on Friday and the technician came through. I was not at home but i was told by my domestic that there was 'no box' available or something ?
Seriously what the fck is that. Surely they have all details to the exchange and connectivity in my area?
The worst part is that i never received any call from them to tell me that they will return next week/month/year. I understand they busy and maybe the box honestly is not there but ffs why cant they update me. Now i have to phone someone who has no clue about my problem and repeat the entire story again? I have my ref # and all so can you guys recommend an email address i can send my frustrations to :erm:
