Hi.
So I used to have adsl (512 and then 1mb) which my moms work paid for. Like 2 weeks ago they cancelled it, and last Thursday we went to the Telkom Direct shop to start an ADSL contract on her name. After filling in the forms and handing them in, the lady said it takes up to 21 business days for them to install. She also said something about them Sms'ng us an order number.
We haven't received an order number yet? Should I be concerned? Can I call Telkom and ask them for an order number, or will it all come in due time?
Once they have "installed" the line, what are the steps from there? And approximately how long does all of this take? I mean the line is already there, it has been using ADSL for a good 5 years now, how long can the process possibly take?
Any advice please. I'm pretty skeptical since I haven't received an order number yet.
