Telkom R

I am on Telkom mobile and i am suffering from a very weak signal(1 bar only) and calls drop or break up.
For me to get a proper signal i select Telkom R then the signal goes up to three bars , but the problem is after one min ir reverts back to ordinary Tel
kom with only one bar signal strength and i am back to square one.
Is there any thing i can do to get it to stay on Telkom R?

Go to your network settings and manually select telkom R. Turn off automatic network selection.

I do select network manually and turn off automatic, does not show roaming but if i turn on Wi-Fi and close Telkom data it works but becomes expensive to use if i have fiber and Wi-Fi.

Doesn't work anymore. It pushes you back onto Telkom-SA after a minute or so even if automatic selection is turned on
