i still dont get why if i break cap my dwnlds go at like 20bits/s. even if everybody on adsl broke cap that would be 10 000 x 20bits = 200kbit thats about two isdn accounts bandwidth 4 everybody that breaks cap!!![!]

If Telkom would open up the capped int. bandwidth so P2P programs can least go as fast as a norm dial-up then I wouldn't be so upset, as it is I can't even download the newest ver. of Cheating Death (272KB)...had to ask a mate to dl for me with his dial-up and e-mail it to me...thats plain SAD [V]
