Is there still Telkom rep on mybroadband. Im having a difficult time with Telkom support on twitter.

Ah Thanks; I noticed that.

I have been messaging since last week, no luck as different people are replying and they dont read what was said before. so its basically going in a circle slowly.

Oh, that sucks. I only know the escalation channel for cancellations that are not effected.
